ctrl-L takes a low-quality picture of your level. You can find the picture in the MarbleBlast library, under marble/data/missions. If you want a higher-quality picture, press apple-shift-4, then click and drag to define the edges of your picture.

High-quality pictures are preferred in the community, especially if you want to nominate your level for Level of the Month. ;) So I would recommend that method.

easier for marbleblast full screen is command-shift 3 because i've had problems with the selection thing with fullscreen ;)

It also helps if you scale down the image if you take a high quality preview, otherwise marble blast scales it itself and it gets kinda pixelish.

Another method for Mac is to hit command-shift-4 then hit the spacebar. This allows you to select a specific part of the screen. This isn't necessarily the best method for level pictures, but if you just want to upload a picture of you playing (in windowed mode) it gives the screen a gradient transparent shadow. :P

Easiest way to crop images on Mac is to open them in Preview, select a region and hit command-K.

In PC instead of using Paint, I use Microsoft Office Powerpoint (Weird huh?) to paste my pic after I print screen so that I can maximize the size of the pic!
