Hi! i just have one question, is this legal?, because modding or stealing copyrighted assets is illegal, and PlatinumQuest has levels from ultra and gold, so... did you get permisson to make this?, sorry if its basic or has been answered.

That sorta fair use with the whole "time limit" thing much more concerns music than a mod. A mod is internally transformative while a clip of a song has to have its transformation be in the form of commentary.

Admittedly this is a weird grey area, but Garage Games themselves gave people permission to make MBP way back in the mid 2000s, they're okay with mods being made. With regards to MBG and MBU, IAC (Company that owns the rights to marble blast) has basically been doing nothing with the IP ever since they bought it. I'm not much of an expert on the whole topic but from what I know it's okay for now to distribute MBG and MBU levels in the mod.
