they both seem legit ,although the MBP logo in the first is quite strange. I love the buttons though.

I prefer higuy's, the marble logo thingy is better than that funky 'marble blast platinum' swirl imo. Rest of the design is fantastic though :D

I like gray buttons better. Please get rid of those bitmap things. And those images and fonts, too. Colors are ugly. Grays are amazing. Please consider.

Both designs are really good, though I slightly dislike the distorted words of "Marble Blast Platinum" in Aayrl's, seems quite strange to me. :P So choosing between the two, Higuy's design would be relatively better. Ideally the twisted words in Aayrl's could be replaced by a more suitable font, just an opinion. :)

Btw, where does the leaderboards button go? :P

HiGuy's is better. On Aayrl's the text looks weird and "Platinum" has 2 i's and 2 n's. Plus, I am not a big fan of Comic Sans. HiGuy's logo is cool, but I think it would look better if it was smaller.

If you want my honest opinion I'd want all the 1.20 GUIs to be kept. But of course we just had to change it...

Yeah I also really liked the 1.20 GUI, the reason I still use that version for playing and level building.
The new one never appealed to me.

If I had to choose, I would have to pick HiGuy's. I think the post-modern-sized "suck it plebs" adds a necessary touch that improves the overall aesthetic of the design. I imagine it could get in the way of clicking the buttons (can you click the buttons through the "suck it plebs" text?), but overall I'd say it's a joy to look at.

I'd combine both menus and use "suck it plebs" as well as the twirly "Marble Blast Platinum" logo. Perhaps if both designs had more detail and were both a bit larger, the intricate tone presented would match the mood of the game quite nicely, and the player would be immediately intrigued.
In fact, in my opinion, the picture behind the logos and buttons should change. It's a bit too symmetrical and cubic for my tastes. Perhaps a description of the game in a vintage Papyrus font would do the trick. Just thinking out loud here.

In all honesty, the new GUI does look much much better in RC1. I started to get really tired of the legacy GUI. Good job co workers :p

I'm not too big on the first one, the pink text spelling out "MarbleBlast" Platinum is pretty difficult to read, and it's an unfortunate eyesore, I'm afraid.

I prefer HiGuy's version to that pink swirly. However, I prefer it without the "suck it plebs" thing. Most people who first start playing don't know what that means, and it blocks everything. With all due respect, it's definitely not your greatest idea. Otherwise, your version was great.
