Where exactly should I send the crash log ?

Can you replicate the crash and then send the associated crash log stored in <game directory>/crashes directory?

Good evening (or good morning)

I was playing a level (Glacier), and when I took the gem, the game crashed. I restarted the game, played the same level again and it's the same problem.
Please, is there a solution?
