Marble Blast Platinum 2007: The Movie is out!

Words cannot describe how amazing this movie is! I'm so glad you released something different and unusual when you normally make videos of regular levels from Gold or Platinum like others usually do. This movie definitely got my attention as I didn't watch those videos of you playing those types of levels (sorry about that). And I'm sure it would catch more viewers' attention as well! It's great to see how much has changed since the original version of MBP, and I see that some levels were easier or harder to get Ultimate Time such as Marble Agility Course where you can get the gems more easily. I like seeing what the original versions of these levels look like! Liked and favorited!

This was a video that was beyond fantastic. I am really impressed with the amount of effort you put into this compilation and this is easily one of the best videos this year (so far). Keep up the great work!

I believe he has done all 120 levels! And he may improve those runs as this project is headed towards post production and release! And I agree with Rosie! This is going to be as great as MBP 2007: the Movie!

Yes, I have recorded all 120 levels. In fact, my total time for all the levels (as shown in the in-game stats) is now at 53 minutes and 24 seconds. I will try to improve this, though. My target goal by release is 52 minutes, and my reach goal is 50 minutes (although I don't think it's very likely that this will happen).

Exactly three years ago today, I accomplished one of my long time goals in Marble Blast Platinum. By defeating this level, The Tale of the Tall Skyscraper, with a time of 6:37.17, I finally achieved the 120th and last ultimate time in the entire game. So here is the run of The Tale of the Tall Skyscraper currently recorded for my upcoming project. I decided to upload this because most likely, this run will be obsoleted by the time I release the final video. I still have quite a few tweaks that I have yet to incorporate into my path so I will want to add those in and shave off a significant amount of time. Also, the time I currently have on video for Battlecube Finale is lower than this, and I know this is not a great reason to improve this run, but I think it's a bit weird that it takes me longer to beat this than it takes to beat the last level in the game. But even if, for some reason, I can't get any faster than this, I'll still be fine with including it in the video.

Here's another teaser for the MBP 10th Anniversary Rampage!

I know it's not much, but here's a level from Marble Blast Powered Up!

I actually decided to play this incomplete mod, since I have never actually tried speedrunning it yet. (I did try the levels back in 2013 or something, but I wasn't any good at this game yet.) In fact, I am also considering fixing up some things in this mod and releasing a revised version of it (such as spelling/grammar mistakes, impossible or missing Medal Times, etc.)

Notes:

Frictions! - The path for sub-6 was a bit tricky to get down because of the starting jump pattern, but I finally got it.

Race Track - The edge hit was a bit tricky, but it didn't take too long to get this time.

Jumping High - I found it faster to get the Super Jump closer to the finish before crossing the gap. In other videos they would get the Super Jump in the middle of the pillars instead.

Gyrocopter - I still can't do Dushine's edge hit for sub-4, but I guess this isn't terrible.

Recoil course! - To pull off the ending, you need good spin control so that you will land in the finish without hitting the wall in your way.

Time Trial - My computer's internal clock won't allow me to go any faster than this unless I enable framerate unlocking.

Wall Hit - The super-speed edge trick wasn't too hard to do. Also the Medal Time seems really high, if I release a modified version of this, I might change it to 17.50 or so.

Bumper Road! - The bumper hit seems to be a bit easier, and possibly faster, than the pole hit from Dushine's path.

Bouncy floor! - The Medal Time is most likely impossible here, I would probably raise it to 13.50 in my updated release if that happens.

Mine Field! - The mine hit was a bit inconsistent, but I got a nice launch on this run.

Tornadoes - I let the time run out a bit at the end, but at least I still got a good final time.

Bump, Bump, Bump. - Careful, well-timed jumping is necessary to get a fast time on this level.

Gravity Cube - Another IC level, this was the fastest I could seem to get.

Moving Challenge I - I used the start pad trick, and this time is faster than anything I could find on YouTube! Also I would set the Medal Time at 5.50.

Straight Time Race - Fortunately, this level is easy to finish without the clock restarting.

Landing - If you jump at the right time, you can get through the slopes a lot faster.

The long trip on the Highway. - I actually have never seen this level on YouTube before. In fact, it wasn't even included in Dushine's compilation! I enjoyed the tribute to Survival of the Fittest, and I wonder if it's possible to pull a trap somewhere. The Medal Time is quite easy, you just need to grab the two Time Travels and you should be able to get it without much trouble.
