I really can't recommend playing Geoid with an Intel graphics card.
That being said, I did do some testing on them, and with the graphics settings down very very low it might be playable (but not very pretty). If you're on a desktop you'll have better luck than with a laptop.
If you want to try, I'd suggest using the "Potato" graphics preset in the settings, as well as clicking the "Toggle FPS" button at the top of the advanced settings menu. Then make a new game and just roll around in the hub world a bit, watching your FPS numbers. If you can get the FPS to a steady 45 or more in the hub world, then you're fine (the actual levels will run better than the hub world because they're much smaller). If your FPS is higher, say around 70 or more, then you can actually try turning up the graphics a bit.
Worst case scenario, if you can't get it running in a playable way, Steam does do refunds now (as long as you do it before 2 hours of played time).
