I use Mega.nz. Only complaint I have is that the downloads may be deleted if you are inactive for a few years, but to my knowledge they will warn you first.
You might also try Google Drive or Dropbox.

Ahhh, I thought you meant the time it takes to do other stuff. Yeah, no website is going to make it much faster, but perhaps there are notable differences in their speeds.
More importantly, if you have faster internet (meaning what your ISP provides), you'll be able to upload and download faster. The same is true for everyone else. But the time it takes you to upload a file to a website doesn't affect how long it will take others to download it.
A gigabyte (GB) is a lot of data, so it could take only five minutes or over an hour to transfer it, depending on whether you are downloading or uploading, your internet service, and the website you're using.
