Is there any download for the original Marble Blast game with 72 levels? I'm just curious.

I... don't think that's possible. However, someone might have a copy of it.
I visit this website once in a decade, it's a tradition now.

This is the oldest version that I can find - it's a later build, with 73 levels. It's not the digital download version, but rather the retail version.
