The "New" Developer QnA!
Hello......DEVELOPERS.
You don't get an opportunity like this often, a whole forum thread to vent your frustrations and let it rip! Not to make this sound like a competition or expose who actually breaks their back for the game, we all got our time, if it isn't evident by how awfully quiet this place is unless IM here.
Before we start... the staff list might be outdated.
But that's the extent of the forums, this is a dev talk, not a discussion about a forum renovation. Although, despite its complications, Im willing to bet a forum renovation would make more progress past the two (one taking place exclusively in the Discord so I can't link that) whole discussions about a hypothetical Discord renovation , and Im not counting the one where Yoshi forced his idea because he got flustered over getting called reddit. Some real tear-jerker, get a grip.
So, let's go through my icebreakers, maybe I'll have more questions as we move along:
Semi off-topic, what kinda fuckin name is "The New Platinum Team?" I know this is insignificant, but it gets a little disorienting whenever I have to mention both the old and new development team. Here's the Platinum Team, and then after it is the NEW Platinum Team, see how dumb that looks?
Either put your heads together for a new, less confusing team name, or just pick one of MY suggestions. Im pretty good with names! Whatever looks cool just pick it:

- Who are you?
- How did you find Marble Blast? How long have you been in this community?
- What got you into Computer Science? Or if you're self-taught, what got you into programming? Do you have any prior experience (writing programs, modifying games) before getting into Marble Blast?
- Mod creator, what was the creation process like? Did you feel like you've thrown all your ideas into your mod? Or were there some concepts you had in mind that didn't make it to paper? Just spill everything.
- People currently maintaining PQ, what's it like carrying that burden? Are you doing ok? What's your dream goal(s) aside from having more hands on this game? Maybe an overhaul of something? Think big.
