I like to change the textures in the game sometimes. It used to work in the betas for me, but it doesn't work anymore. If I change a texture, it doesn't appear in-game. Instead, the original texture does.

If you are using the launcher, it will be redownloading the picture as its CRC doesn't match the orignal one.

Yes there is. If you click MarbleBlastPlatinum.exe (Windows, which I assume you have), it should launch from there.

RC2 does not use MBP.exe, just marbleblast.exe
You can launch the game normally (no need for launcher) but if the server doesn't let you know, you have to use the launcher to update.
