Cannot chat on Marble Blast.

How did i get banned for no reason? I just wanted to chat...


You guys need to explain why did i get banned from the chat?! I'm new to PlatinumQuest!

My first guess is that you're underage just because I can't think of any other logical reason and the staff don't ban people just for fun. I'm not going to openly ask for your age though, unless you're willing to share, so I can't confirm my first guess either.

The ban was UNACCEPTABLE. 2016: I played Marble Blast for the first time.
Now i'm playing PlatinumQuest for the first time, and I WILL NOT TELL MY AGE! Be warned!

We are currently not sure why you've been banned and we're looking into it, but for future reference, when appealing a ban, shouting at us with big red text probably won't do you any favors.

I was the one who banned you, not because you did something wrong, but for being underage.

Once you turn 13 (in 2021) let me know and I'll unban you.

The ban is really unacceptable, i didn't ask for my age... I played Marble Blast, going online for the first time but i was banned, Unfairly Ban.

First off, 2020 will end Windows 7's Support.

Thirdly, How do you get a permission to ban anyone?

The terms of service state at the top (and the bottom) that you must be at least thirteen. This is in compliance with the COPPA . From what I know, you can still play online and talk in servers, but the global chat (or webchat) is disabled because any messages put there are recorded (and might not be removable at this time). If personal information is put in the global chat then it will be stored on the website, which from my understanding is illegal if it is the information of someone under thirteen who doesn't have permission from a parent to put it on a website.
The terms of service also state that you shouldn't hold any of the staff members liable for any issues regarding your use of the website, and I think it goes without saying that an administrator has the right to ban anyone.
