Yo, been a good while since I posted here.
I have a lot to say now that my contract's been up, unfortunately, the guys didn't call me back for second rounds, so I'm unemployed for the time being.
This is a good thing, isn't it? It means I have more time to do shit around here, I can do the stuff I wanted to do while I was at work. But I don't know, I guess the Jim Kleiner Foundation decided to adjust their beams and hit my head, killing any motivation I had to do anything. Motherfuckers.
I wanted to resume Mardle since the start of this month , I've collected what I need to start the week, but I just don't really have the drive to resume. I'll probably stop being a bitch and just pick myself up, but just know that this is still in rotation.
What else, there's the Marble Blast: Community Edition discussion that's still ongoing, alongside the other threads to set things up for movement, but the priority right now is the Summer Tournaments , so I doubt there will be anyone who'd want to put their foot on this business. Maybe it'll be something that's chipped at, but in regards to immediate action, that might have to wait until the tournaments wrap up. Let's hope we can resume discussion on this.
What else...you heard those computer prices rose up recently? Pretty fucked. I took my old PC out of retirement and treated it to a little redo, gave it a Linux KDE flavour and it's now my machine. I've been having some fun with the operating system, but I'd be lying if there weren't any hiccups, not major ones, but there were hiccups. But hey, I feel pretty vindicated for being such a hermit about this whole Thiel stuff, for my payment, I say we string Vani up Mussolini style.
Let's hope I get around to doing something before life catches up to me, I'd be a waste of time if I just sat around doing nothing. If we're lucky, I might actually get around to writing one line of code.
