I went with 1 mainly because my tendency is to aim for the middle, and I don't think the first or last number (1 or 10) is very commonly picked.

I picked 10, because come on, who's going to pick 10? It's the last number available, so nobody wants to pick it.

The poll said 10 was the second least-picked number, but then it updated and 10 was no longer the second least-picked number. Still, I think I did pretty well.
