My marble skin doesnt not work

When I go into a level with my custom marble skin, instead of what it was, it becomes this clear reflecting marble
am I doing something wrong

the Alpha channel of the texture dictates how reflective your marble is, if you make the image more transparent, the less shiny the marble will be. you can also just turn off marble reflections
