It might be nice if you showed us a picture of each skybox, just so we know what it looks like so we know if we want to download the sky or not.

By the way you guys can expect one more skybox about every two weeks. On average. Roughly. Estimated. Guessed.

I'm making another one right now.

Using them in your own custom levels is a little different from distributing them in a game mod

MBChrome isn't a game mod, just a level pack.

I'd like to congratulate you for creating some really nice skyboxes! I especially liked the perspective of being over rolling mountaintops in Horizon, an element which I've never seen before. Keep it up!

As I write this message, I am rendering another skybox, Desert Peak

Possible, but not realistic. Very bluey.

Great. Here it is:

Dissillusionary skybox, the only Terragen skybox ever to create the illusion of night.

www.mediafire.com/file/x5ywwmlyyxy/DissIll.zip

EDIT: A new skybox made with TG2 has been or will soon be released, which REALISTICLY is set at night.

The next 9 are even better! I might use one for Megalopolis, if it works better than Dawn of Time.

Thanks for adding these to the first post, MF.

EDIT: It's hilarious how you say every skybox is one of your favorites.

4/26/09: SKYBOX PACK 3 HAS BEEN RELEASED
As of right now, I grant permission for anyone to use my skyboxes for their mods/level packs as long as I am given credit for making them.

If I find a link to my skyboxes anywhere but this site, my site, or mediafire (which is where they are uploaded), I will be very annoyed.

I cannot believe I havent visited this forum in the past 4 months (or more, i lost count)...

During the last months I have begun to use Terragen 2 for skyboxes... and I have made one.

This skybox is inredible in the fact that it has actual OBJECTS IN IT.

Grasses, ferns, and a tree.

Sky posted.
Enjoy.

Just from looking at the image files, I'm guessing this is probably the best skybox the community's ever seen. Even if others don't agree, it's the undisputed originality champ of our entire collection. It looks like we can say goodbye to the days of mountains and lakes.

I'm glad you're back, and please make more of your awesome stuff.
