I don't know about the second (I get the gem but even with using two gyros I can't get all the way to the finish) but I have a vid for the Gyro Test One:

I beat both Gyro tests. In the second one u need to go with the gyro backwards, hit the fan bit and it zooms you high. Go diagonal all the way and skillshot the goal. EASY.

I got Gyro Test 2 down, but I still can't get past thet wall! I watched PF's vid, and I'll try again.

My path for #2 is to float down to the bumper and get bumped up to the platform above. Get that gyro and the rest is pretty straightforward.
