We encourage you first of all to find solutions to your problem in this section's threads. If you do not thus find any solution, please take account of the following:

If you have a problem which prevents you from playing PlatinumQuest, please create a new thread on the Marble Blast Support board with a description of your problem as title. In your post please indicate the computer involved (Mac/PC, operating system).

If in playing PlatinumQuest you discover a bug, please post in the Community found Bugs/Mistakes sub-board.

If you need hints for PlatinumQuest, please post in the Hints, Videos and other Tips sub-board.

Please note that support for Marble Blast Platinum has ended since 2017, and hence no official support can be provided in case you run into any issues playing the game

times PlatinumQuest won't install files

Recently I deleted the PlatinumQuest appdata folder, and the launcher that went with. I decided to re-download it today, and it just closes the launcher when I use it. I suspect that there is a .json folder that keeps attempting to load the game that somehow I forgot to delete in the process. The files in the console are listed as " marbleblast.com/pq/where/yeahboii-2/delete-win.json " and " marbleblast.com/pq/where/yeahboii-2/listing_win ". If anybody sees this post, can you please describe how to fix it? Thanks again!

Try going to the advanced tab of the launcher and pressing "Run full update"... it will attempt to redownload all the game files

Ok, thanks for that, but now the bar gets stuck in the center when it downloads the music file. Is there any other way to manually download it, like from the " marbleblast.com/pq/where/yeahboii-2/ " index?

Yeah you can download music.zip from there and extract it manually into your game files. The zip should have the full structure of where the files go.
