Hi all, been trying to get back into this game after a good while and have since moved computers. I'm now running the game on a laptop with both integrated graphics and a discrete graphics card. However, launching PQ via the launcher results in a black screen until the program hangs completely.
Having searched both the Discord server and the support forums, I've found that the suggested solution is to use NVIDIA Control Panel to force the launcher to use integrated graphics, while forcing the game itself to use the GPU. However, this still doesn't seem to work. The only way I can get the game to run at all is by forcing it to use integrated graphics, where the frame rate can fluctuate greatly.
I have also tried forcing all programs to use integrated graphics when opening the launcher, then switching all programs to the GPU prior to clicking "Play". Likewise, I have tried running a fresh install of PQ on my GPU, with no luck. Is there anything else I could try, or am I just stuck with integrated graphics for the time being?
