I have Windows 8 and using the MBG download on this site. I attempted to install Marble Blast Platinum according to downloader instructions, but it won't launch. I used the non-ignition files (+all the other necessary ones) but the game won't launch. At some point, I achieved a black window with sound, but no picture. Now nothing shows up. What path do I put the non-ignition files (demo.cs.dso (marble/client/scripts) and ignitionStatusGui.gui.dso (marble/client/ui) in platinum? Do I recreate the same path in the platinumbeta folder?
The latest version (Beta 2) now comes with all ignition files. Since you're on Windows 8 you will still need to right click and run as administrator.
