Unfortunately, the game is running at the very limits of your GPU capabilities. You will have to upgrade your graphics card.

Also after changing the driver, make sure you restart the game.

I did that, still the same.

Disable Postprocessing in the settings and set your Graphics Driver option to D3D11 if it gives that option,.

Like everytime I open settings, collide with a CheckpointTrigger, respawn, etc there are huge lag spikes that even freezes the music and take seconds, even minutes to stop.
