. Wait for a while to finish downloading all the assets and then it'll launch the game.
If you are on Windows or Mac, there is a launcher marked for 2.10.0+ (which means it is for PQ versions 2.10.0 and newer ones), use that one. For linux, that one is marked 2.12.0+ (since that was the first version that supported linux).
Ah so you do have the files. Can you move the game files to another drive (or C:/PlatinumQuest if you don't have any other ones) and then try to play the game directly through the exe?
