Ok, my problem is that some of the custom levels pack in the lb can't be played.I downloaded the pack but there's still the download button.Please help!!

Did you make sure that you installed the levels into the game of which you play, as opposed to a different game, or not at all?

If you're on Windows Vista or 7 you need to RIGHT CLICK and press RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR on the installers.

Yes I did installed the custom levels into the game,but the level display stiil has the download button.

There are multiple level packs. You have to download each and every single one, and each pack contains only 4-5 levels, if I recall correctly. In total, I believe there are around 27 or so separate packs, of which why they couldn't be repackaged as three puzzles even me.
