I want to know why I'm being autologged out all the time. Is it something the leaderboards does or is it something else? I find this really annoying, especially when I'm playing. Can someone help, please? I'm using Windows 8.1.

Has this been recent or happening ever since the site has gone up. If it's the latter, it might be something with your firewall blocking something eventually (although highly unlikely).

Also, although you mentioned in game, does it happen with the webchat as well for you?

Finally, what is your operating system?

Thanks,

Jeff

It's happened recently. I've been automatically logged out for no reason. I'm using Windows 8.1 and the OS hasn't had an effect on the game. I don't know the cause but it is really annoying just being logged out all the time. It has never ever happened on the Webchat.

If you get disconnected from the leaderboards, it will drop you to the home menu. It sometimes does it a bit sporadically I have found, where you will be playing a level, and when you leave, you are suddenly in offline singleplayer.

If this happens again, quit and immediately upload your console.log. If you get a trace of the incident (press ctrl-T to start a trace), that would be even more awesome.

Your question doesn't really make much sense. Like "when no connection with internet"? What exactly does that mean? And "on sp interface"? Is this online? Oh, and you need to make a copy of the log after you trace it!

You do know that SP doesn't run MP levels right? If you run beta 2 (which is what I think you do) then there is no support for this beta and therefore your question is also moot since you do something that doesn't exist anymore. Therefore any problems you receive cannot be answered.

So we can't help you :)
