What works for me is just click the "Delete button" on ur topic starting post. i don't think u can delete it if other people have posted. If u want to rename it the click "Edit" then click subject then rename it.

There should be pink buttons in topics you created at the top left. You should be able to delete it via the corresponding buttons there.

As for the flag, the anti-spam plugin must be being paranoid. Just don't make it mad, okay?
