Trium
78-73 Weather --- this was a very interesting case. Robert was camping the last gem (a blue) on one of the tower spawns and watching for weather to come up and get it, except he was watching the wrong side of the tower. Weather snuck up behind him and stole the blue, and in the end this gem made the difference in the game.

116-99 Xedron
very close match until the final 20 seconds when xedron pulled away and blew it open for an extra 10-12 points
KOTM
94-87 Lichable
lichie snagged a win vs the top seed in his group! This one could end up being big down the stretch. Superior MM/blast tactics did it, despite some excellent SS recoveries from xedron
GITR
129-55 Xedron
Xedron apparently realized he needed to step on the gas and turned it on full-force in this game including camping and many excellent plays, leaving lichie in the dust.
Nonetheless lichie managed to grab a win.
Xedron 4 wins
Lichable 1 win
Invictaa and Tue27 had their match together in the second round, and it was arguably the best game in the tournament so far. Invictaa played very well, however Tue27 was just too much for him as he surprised quite a lot of people with his win in game 5 to give him three wins in total.
Promontory:
Invictaa 106-97 Tue27 (1-0)
King of the Ring:
Invictaa 87-124 Tue27 (1-1)
Marble it Up:
Invictaa 146-76 Tue27 (2-1)
King of the Marble:
Invictaa 87-100 Tue27 (2-2)
Gems in the Road:
Invictaa 95-102 Tue27 (2-3)
Total:
Invictaa 521-499 Tue27
22 Point Differential
Another contestant for the most exciting match of the tournament so far. Despite the fact that J@ckrb triumphed over HiGuy by three games (4-1), every game was within a 25 point range, and the final point differential was an astounding 2. Along with that, there were two ties on Gem in the Road. What a crazy match!
Promontory:
HiGuy 105-109 J@ckRB (0-1)
King of the Ring:
HiGuy 84-108 J@ckRB (0-2)
Marble it Up:
HiGuy 110-103 J@ckRB (1-2)
King of the Marble:
HiGuy 81-91 J@ckRB (1-3)
Gems in the Road:
HiGuy 87-87 J@ckRB (1-3)
HiGuy 94-94 J@ckRB (1-3)
HiGuy 105-106 J@ckRB (1-4)
Total:

Okay so due to PQ's release all remaining matches for week 2 have been pushed to week 3. This means if you did not play your week 2 match yet, you have to play it in week 3 IN ADDITION to your normal week 3 match.

That would be nice if I could access the leaderboards -- I'm leaving for two weeks starting Monday night and have two opponents to play, Weather and Lee. Hopefully the Mac login issue gets fixed.

135-130 MBO
incredibly intense final game, with the score at 128-128 in the final seconds. Invic led most of the match but MBO came back in the 1:15-30s range and it was neck and neck from there
