Marble Blast: GG Marble Compilation -

I told MarbleBloopers that I would do a GG compilation, but I never got around doing so until now. Some of these paths use manual starts to get faster times and some levels show multiple runs.

Note to normal marble players: The GG marble has better control than a normal marble. This means it can make faster stops and turns. They can even pull off hard edge hits.

To play MBP levels in GG Edition, you must access the leaderboards and play as a GG marble.

Notes:

Learning to Roll: Just showing what the GG marble can do.

Platform Party: Tried doing the traplaunch, but couldn't launch at the right direction.

Thrill Ride: Two paths. About the second path, I can't reach a 3.2x with that trick.

Slip n' Slide: I wonder if that manual start can get me a sub-4.80.

Learn the Time Modifier[GG Edition]: As everyone knows, you can finish without time restarting even if you don't get the 12 second TM.

Keep On Rollin': The first path is inspired by iMac's MBLX video. Not that hard in my opinion.

Sprint: A latter from Dushine's unsuccessful GG run.

Marble Agility Course[GG Edition]: This run has a few places where you can miss the gems.

Puzzle Ordeal[GG Edition]: If you hit the slope at a lower height, you can get a faster time.

Par Pit: I used the WR path because Moshe's path doesn't make sense.

Songs:
Airbourne - No Way But The Hard Way
Krussi - -'+ Bring that Beat Back +'-

Mudslide (9.688) -

When I started playing this level, I wanted to get a 9.70. But then I accidentally hit a 9.67. I recorded a 9.68 but getting a 9.67 can be harder.

Possible Improvement: 0.01

I thought it was the MBG Mudslide level when I first read the title.

Nice and fast run!

A time can be beaten, but a path can't be rediscovered. The best path stays forever.

you should change the title to Mudslide (9.688) instead of (6.688)

It was nice to see Cube Climb done without the Double SuperJump trick that the majority of videos had.
FCastle seemed like you could've have a much better mine hit

Good vids otherwise, some improvemets possible.

Slippery Way (6.652) -

Trevor Davidson will never beat this...

I thought Mosquasi's 2.656 can go a few 3rd decimals lower, and I was quite surprised it did. I'll see if 2.64x is possible.

Song: Waterflame - King Poseidon

Edit: Just got a 2.63x; Trevor will never beat that either.

Marble Blast Levels: Compilation 18 -

Done it a few hours ago, just got the time to upload it.

I haven't been using the MB Graphics Extender because OpenGL makes MBG lag, so I decided to make this.

Notes:

Addicting Machine: I might do the sign hit but I won't align correctly.

Beginner Course: This run has a few places where one can easily mess up.

Descent: Getting the first TM was rediculously hard to do because you would not balance correctly.

Frictional Slopes: If only if I had less height...

Gravity-Modifying: You need to jump close to the wall, in order to get enough height from the wall hit to reach the finish.

Influx: I saw buzzmusic100's video. There was a faster tweak at the end that he might use, in order to save about 4 seconds.

Jumping Strategy: There are a few points where you can easily slip off.

LFAS: IS: Getting the first and second gems are hard to get because you would miss the second gem after the first gem or you would rebound off the half-pipe.

Pokko's Level 16: Getting the third edge hit is hard to do because you would often miss the edge.

Pokko's Level 17: None.

RM38's Simple Course: Probably optimal if you ask me.

Sandstone Climb: After watching ranslider's video, I finally got the TM tweak down.

Tarmac Twist: My .rec failed for this level, so I directly recorded this run. The same thing happened to The Way to the Sea(see below). The slanted bouncy floor tweak is hard to do because you have to bounce at the right angle. I think the scenery wall-hit was a nice touch.

Tube Town: Best TM catch is 3.32 or something. I think my path is faster than Imperial's path, the tweak where you activate the helicopter before the rebound.

Uvodd's Super Short Quarked Course: None.

Way to the Sea: When the chips are down, lag occurs and you get a worst TM catch. I found a tweak where you go under the OOB trigger and not around it.

Songs:
Delain - Invidia
Taking Back Sundays - What's It Feel Like to be a Ghost
Waterflame - Night Sand

You can see that I'm recording in 1280x1024 now(Just like in my Tornado Alley video). I might also make a video of the disabling diagonal movement code. 25% chance of that, so don't get excited.

(I'm taking a break from monetization)

Slip n' Slide (4.86) and 3 Other Levels -

Here is another compilation similar to the Skeeball Bonus and other levels video. Its also a widescreen quality test.

Notes:

Slip n' Slide: Made a typo at the beginning, its supposed to be 4.86 not 4.88, but oh well. This is the lazy version of the WR path.

A-Maze-ing: None

King of the Marble: Managed to get sub-14 from the WR path.

Downhill Racing: None

Song: Nickelback - When We Stand Together

In MBL: C18, there was a huge water interior, where Matan's run doesn't . Great runs on that one!

Awesome Hint:

Since the Awesome Time/Score is secret, you will have to beat it in order to find out what it is. Just practice every day, and be ready to keep pressing the 'Restart' button...A LOT!

Marble Blast Levels: Compilation 19 -

The 19th compilation of the MBL series, and it will be my last MBL compilation until this summer.

Notes:

Clara's Garden Maze: My .rec failed for this level so I had to record directly for this run. This run starts with some timing with the jumps on the zig zag bridge, then you would stop yourself at the pillar. At the maze, I found a wall hit tweak to skip it. I grabbed the two TMs in the circle area to save time(skipping them will waste time). And in the end, you need some timing with the Jump Boost to get to the finish.

Cubulate: I thought I'd miss the last gem, but just did a collision boundary abuse.

Domes: None

The Frozen Road: The making of this run is really annoying because of the ice. There are some places where one can easily slip up.

Hop: I found an edge hit that saves time.

Jump!: Grabbing the first gem and the TM requires timing with the jump boost.

Jumping Platforms: The second launch requires some patience, in order to get the gem above.

Marble Marathon: Grabbing more than one speed booster in the end will mess up everything.

MMG: Treacherous Course: None

Mount Ben: I found a tweak where you can use the Marble Recoil to bounce up to the lodge and grab the gem for a sub-20.

Platform Rise: None

Platformation: Getting to the finish is kinda tricky because you would hit the wall.

Rock Land: None

Simplicity 3: None

Simplicity 5: Grabbing the last gem requies no jumping, at the finish, I went 11 miliseconds farther from the finish sign(explaining the 12.01).

Tricky Techniques 2: You need to activate the anti-recoil right after you grab it in order to use the super speed to wall hit to the gyrocopter.

Wall Banger: Made a typo of this level's time, should be 7.58... The edge hit is hard to do because you would either miss it, or you would get too much height.

The Windmill: This is my third try on this level. You need the anti recoil to grab the gems in the blades, and use the gyrocopter for the center gem. And the landing on the 8th gem is quite a surprising landing.

Songs:
Kid Cudi - Up Up & Away(skipped the last part because of boredom(removed because audio has been muted because of copyright))
Metallica - Holier Than Thou
Dimrain47 - Duality

A FYI don't stick to the same black color because in the last level we can't see level name or time. Use white

Good runs overall. You might want to try less erratic movement as it's costing you time.

MBF: Sensor Sweeper -

This is a level I made because I was bored. This run can go sub 8 if possible. I'll probably release it to the levels thread soon.

Marble Blast Levels: Compilation 20 -

This compilation ended up 2 minutes shorter that I planned, and probably better too.

Notes:

Let's Roll!: Finally, I can get 2.24 on this level.

Roll Like the Wind!: None.

Alpha: None.

Be Humble: None.

Bounce and Roll: I was surprised of what I've done on the bouncy floor part, so I struggled on.

Center Path: Beating the UT is hard because you would not get enough speed or get low height from the finish platform.

Chimney: Without the ending rebound, I would not reach the finish.

Green Pass: A tweak that saves 2 seconds over Perishingflames' run.

Marble Hotel: Its faster to hit the trapdoor and restart the level...

Puzzles: You need enough height with the gyrocopter when hitting the scenery.

Rubik's cube: None.

The Secret Room: None.

Speed Ring: I'm not sure if this path is optimal or nearly optimal, but its the fastest path I can think of.

Test Level: In the second path, I did a wicked edge hit to the TM and got sub-3.

Tightrope Challenge!: Catching the first gem requires alignment from the water wall. You need enough height after rolling up the water to get the second gem. Jumping from one grass tightrope to another is tough because you would slip up. If you'd launch up from the half-pipe, you can get a faster catch. A slalom around the scenery is probably optimal and the in the end, if you use the scenery it can be tricky, so I used the bouncy floor instead.

Upward Path: None.

Which way is up?: None.

Songs:
Disturbed - Land of Confusion
Waterflame - SuperWind Heroes

Bowl (12.43) -

Back to when I first did this path, I had a 12.7x. But then I jumped from another place from the tube and got 12.43. The 12.43 that I have right now is the second 12.43 I had.

Diamond Travel (0.73) -

After watching some videos of this level, I decided to try to beat the UT myself.

Notes:
This run has some mistakes that consist of missing gems that you want to catch. To solve that, I just get them afterwards. When I first played this level, I never knew there was a helicopter, but once I discovered it, I used it for a variety of runs(and this run only gets me to the finish without time restarting). Even if I made these mistakes I still finished successfully. Diagonal movement is required for that gem that is in the air beside the cyclone.

Best catch is 0.70 and my best time is 0.71. I might catch a 0.69 some day.

Marble Blast Levels: Compilation 21 -

A compilation just to celebrate Independence Day.

Notes:

Conduit: At most times when I attempt this ending, I go too high.

Easy Course: A wacky jump pattern in the beginning.

Flooded Castle: I got a sub-5 by surprise and this is my third attempt.

Gravity Chaos: None.

Gyrocopter Ascent: Someday, I will reach sub 11...

Ivanas the Ignorant: I decided to improve this shortly.

Jumping to eternity...: It gets pretty annoying when doing this path. My .rec failed so I had to record directly for this run. Whenever I hit the mine, there is this bug that is similar to the Megalopolis nuke bug.

Level 67: Its not optimal, but depending on how fast I am, I would get a better time.

Mine Ride: Two paths. One is a lazy 5 second path and another is a direct to finish path.

Pokko's Level 8: None.

Ricochet Beach: This is the fastest UT path I could think of...

River Course: The irony is that it would've been fater if I hadn't hit the pyramid at the end.

RM38's Wall-hit Challenge 2: A significant improvement over my run from last year.

Time-Traveling: None.

Throughput: As everybody knows, the random powerup won't work when playing a .rec. This path uses tweaks from different people.

Up the Way High!: Apparently, its faster not to get the first TM.

Wild Ride: Timing your jumps is the key.

Your First Roll: None.

Songs: Ke$ha - Die Young, Rosenkreuzstilette - Sepperin Stage II, Waterflame - Skewed Path

Downhill Lightning (1.79) and Maximum Force (5.66) -

Two classic custom levels. One of them is a WR.

Notes:

Downhill Lightning: A few months ago I watched buzzmusic's video of this level. I couldn't find the right start back then. But later I used a different start and got 1.87. I quickly realized that this was the start that dusine used for his 1.76.

Maximum Force: About 2 months ago I was finding tweaks for this level, and then with the fastest tweaks, I came up with this path. Is this the path that Pascal used for his 6.89?

Song: cornandbeans - {Blinded}

Marble Blast Levels: Compilation 22 -

From now on, I will be making less videos since I made too much in the past. For now, here is another MBL compilation.

Notes:

Agility Island: Did I do a collision abuse on that last gem?

Brown Ascention: In here, there is one large tweak from the marble recoil part to the ramp and it saves ~5 seconds.

Grass Castle: A little mess up at the end...

High Beam: None.

Hoops & Escher: By Theo Pringle. You need timing on the helicopter to get the right height for the finish.

Hunt Havoc: I don't know if this path is optimal, but its the fastest I could think of.

Ice Flowers: I got a 15.06 using the same path and the jump boost tweak is faster if you go fast enough.

Jump Training: None.

Lucid I: Before I got this, I've been getting platinum times. But when I was recording, I got a surprising UT.

Momentum: I always have to slow down whenever I'm going too fast. This could be improved with more diagonal movement.

Nobody's Trippy Level: Two paths, one is the really trippy path and the other is a really easy shortcut.

Red Run: None.

Signs Supreme: There is one tweak at the start where you hit the edge of the bottom slope of the sign where the first gem is. Most of the path can be really difficult to pull off because you would have to hit the signs, which was annoying. I went too far at the end, and I didn't bother to do it again.

Stride: My .rec failed for this level, so I had to record directly for this run. The same goes to Yellow conpound(which is discussed later). There are 3 tweaks that save ~1 second total, one of them is the ending tweak with the moving platform. The ending is quite obvious.

Ultimate Mountain: You need to activate the jump boost right after the wall hit to get enough height.

Welcome To The Jungle!: None.

Which One?: Took me a few tries to get a 7.5x on this level, you need to be fast enough to reach that catch.

Yellow conpound: Its faster to get the first gem by using the jump boost to reach the wall with enough height. And the ending took a few tries to get it perfected.

Songs:
One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful
Loverboy - Working for the Weekend
Waterflame - Dash
