4. No WRRs, long videos (7+ minutes), or ROTDs (Replay of the Day)

There are several long videos of 2015 that can easily be contenders of Video of the Year. So this rule is what really gets me. Not saying it is bad, but it is hard to find short videos good enough for video of 2015.

True, true. I would like people to be able to watch all the videos and pick one with knowledge of all of them, and people might not always want to watch the whole 10 minute video...but you're right. I think I'll get rid of that rule.

Most of the funny videos that I made this year are on Matan's channel, so I'll go with this:

This signature is real code
Code:
function clientcmd12dothepq() { commandToClient(LocalClientConnection, '34onthedancefloor'); }

Alright, this competition sounds super awesome.

Few questions:
[strike]1. You can nominate any video of yours that you want from this year, right? Or do you have to make a new one to put up here?
2. Ok, I know this is a stupid question, but If you post a video of yours on this thread, can you still participate in voting as long as you don't vote for your own video?[/strike]
Edit: Answered via Skype.
Here's my video:

This was a tough decision, but i eventually decided on this video instead of the MP one because i made this path myself and ran it as hard as i could, and this is one of those top-tier levels that hardly anyone knows about.

From my understanding, first off you can pick any video you made in 2015, and second off yes, you cannot vote for your own video.

I think this video got the most positive feedback when I posted it. I like it quite a bit too.

I've been thinking about it, and there has been three of my videos that I think are good enough to be on the poll. Those being MBL 32, 34, and 37. But I finally decided to go with 37.

While the other two were satisfying, other people found faster routes for the levels that were in these videos. MBL 37 had more originality in it in terms of pathways.

The reason I picked this video out of all the other videos I've made in my first year of YouTube is for a couple reasons.
First, I went through an entire mod. Yes, it's a very small mod, but that doesn't really change much.
Second, every level got absolutely demolished. I assume every time is able to be beaten, but for the shorter levels, not by much. For the longer levels, only by a second or two.
Finally, I believe the level of improvement on every level from the first rampage was incredible, and I was really surprised to see how well I improved.

I doubt this is anywhere near quality of other videos here, but I might as well try.

(A couple of WRs have been beaten since this has been released, although SnSC8 is my fav)

Okay, here's an idea of mine. How about, while we're voting for the winner, we need to look at the youtube description of each video posted. This is because the description may contain some additional info that may or may not make the video more impressive-sounding (such as whether or not the path of a level was made yourself or by someone else), and will give the viewer more information and backround about the video. I think this will help in voting purposes. I'm not just saying this to get you all to read my description, but I think it would be useful to read all the descriptions.
