Aaryl's just been too deep into adult life to continue developing Fubar, unfortunately. The reality is it eventually happens to all of us. I would... frankly not expect Fubar to ever be back up again (but would love to be proven wrong).

I really would like for Fubar to return, and I've (as far as I remember) suggested to put Fubar back up online but just not develop it further (or have it's repo be available to any PQ dev who wants to continue devving it, I personally don't see why we couldn't do that).

Life has been busy the last few years, but I do eventually intend to try and repair the online connection strings so folks can grab Fubar from the universal Marble Blast Launcher and have it sync up with this website again, just a matter of finding some downtime and motivation to do it.

I have many backup copies of the various versions of Fubar I dabbled with over the years, I may end up just dumping the core files on the site and having them available as a manual offline download, though most of the fun was with the online/web database integration.

I'll post something in the forums here when I get around to Fubar, hopefully soon.

I did find a bunch of custom multiplayer levels and code from our 2014-2020 events that I shared with the folks currently maintaining the code repository per marbleblast.com/index.php/forum/general-...2015-mp-level#149671 -- starting to re-assemble my archives of Fubar development work so I can prepare to either fix the launcher or hand it off to someone with more time and patience to play with it .. more to come.

i did have fubar with my launcher when i got pq (i think the pq ver was around 1.50 and fubars ver was 51020) but sinse i updated the launcher i dont have fubar connected to the launcher but i still have it in my files
