Have you tried sending any of the developers the crash.log file? It's in the root game directory which may be easily found via a button for it in the launcher. Developers agree that being told their software crashes is not very useful on its own.*

If it does this in the future feel free to send us the crash.log file. Just use the launcher to open the game dir and it should be in the same directory as the exe. You can use the support ticket reporter on this site or just email it to [email protected]. It would also be helpful if you provided some info about what you were doing before the crash happened because a picture of an error box doesn't tell us anything.

It does send crash logs automatically from the launcher but they don't contain user info so we can't match them up to this post. Best we could do is some sort of date matching or just having him submit again.
