failed to download patch

If you've opened the game before you could open the game directly (would also be way faster in general since launcher takes ages)

If you're in Windows press the windows key and type in %appdata%, press enter.
Open the PlatinumQuest folder and then launch the 'marbleblast' exe.

If you have to open it from the launcher for it to work, I'm not that technical so you would need someone else to help with that one sorry
