Marble Blast with a Graphics Tablet

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever tried playing Marble Blast - or any other game that uses mouse movement to rotate the camera - with a graphics tablet.
I think it would make for some funny speedruns, especially at a low (but not lowest) sensitivity.
