If you want to make it a custom audio pack you can base it off of ap_mbg which comes with PQ. Just give it a directory, put all the changed sound files in that directory, copy the .apk file from mbg, and change anything that's different about your pack. It's just a few bits of info and a list of all the wav files you're overriding.
