A Christmas Break

Hey all, eguy5947/skiguy5947 here.
I have an important announcement. Last night I went to see the play that the 4th and 5th graders of the music school where my parents teach were performing. The show was The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, which the kids did an awesome job with . No, that's not the announcement yet though. Before I went inside to see the play, I was goofing off and roughhousing with a friend. I lost my balance and fell on my wrist on the wet concrete ;/. Stupid us, we should've been roughhousing on the grass. Some of the school parents made a sling for me, which was very nice of them. After the show concluded, I went to the ER where my x-ray was taken... And I was diagnosed with a fractured left wrist This is my WASD hand, so I will have to take a break from playing (no pun intended) I will come to the lb's now and then (I will probably turn my attention to other things a bit while I have this cast though), but will be unable to play SP or MP. I am currently wearing a sling, and I will get a solid cast in 2-3 days, which I will wear for 4-6 weeks. Although, there is a good possibility I will be able to play a week or so before my cast comes off, as I remember being able to write about a little over a week before my cast came off when I broke my wrist previously. Trust me, I'm not new to this thing. This is my 3rd broken wrist, 4th broken bone overall, at the ripe old age of 12 Well, I will miss playing multiplayer with you guys for a while.

I know there wasn't a pun intended, but the highly misleading thread topic was quite amusing.

Thankfully, at the youthful age of 12, bone fractures tend to heal quite rapidly. This gives you a great opportunity to sit down and catch up on some of your favorite Netflix and HBO shows until you can get a sturdy cast to prop against your keyboard

Here's to a quick, speedy and non-complicated recovery, eguy!

I now have a cast, and it shouldn't be long before i'm playing again , but not too much until my cast comes off in 4 weeks.
Just for fun, i played some 1-handed mp with kalle, and i averaged like 5 pts per match, and kalle about 50

I have never had the experience of a broken bone, but I am sure it was excruciating painful. Hopefully your recovery goes at lightspeed and you can return to marble blast soon c:

Yeah, a broken bone is no fun
Thanks for wishing me well, and lucky for me it takes a lot longer than the rest of today for a programmer to make coal...he has to make it on his computer muahahahahah.

Hey Eguy/Skiguy, I really hope you get better soon! Like Jeff said, i've never experienced a broken (or fractured) bone and i'm sure it hurts badly
I hope the recovery is quicker than it seems.
And on the less serious note, playing mp with feet was rly fun
