The Legend of Zelda : A Link to the Past speedrun.

Today, I just beat the game in Any% in 1:39:35 hours which is good, but bad at the same time. Really good segments, but I lost like 1:40 minute in one spot alone. I'll be going for lower. The World Record for this category is 1:24:31 which is mindblowingly fast. The execution was close to perfect and I don't think anyone except the WR holder will ever beat that time anytime soon.

Major update!

Completed The Legend of Zelda : A Link to the Past in 1:25:23 (hour/min/sec) which is currently the 2nd fastest time in the world.

The world record is still 1:24:31 and it's going to be very hard to beat but I'm gonna try.

If you want to be really good at this game, it takes a whole lot of work and determination... and time. Funny to think that to save a lot of time in this game, you need to waste time practicing it. Nice paradox.

Amazing Times! Could you recommend a guide to me ( A speedrunning beginner?)
Awesome that the next WR holder for ALttP could an original marbler. Keep speedrunning.

You actually managed to beat 2 year old world record. Amazing job!
Some guy that does DTS shapes and levels.

AWESOME time HINT : When making PQ level place your custom interiors and textures in platinum/data/interiors_pq/custom
makes life easier for you and everyone else :)
