Quark is used to make levels. One of the pros of QuArK is that it crashes less than constructor.

I know that, but why did they have to remake the levels in QuArk? Does it make better levels than Contructor?

QuArk is not necessarily better, but it can do different things. So "QuArked" besically means that the levels were improved in QuArk.

I wish I could get all of the mod ones, but the download links don't work on the old forums.

When did anyone say you needed the old forums? Simply go to the Downloads tab at the top of the website and select the mod you want.
