I've been curious about this for a long time. What time do you go to sleep on a typical night during your week (in your local time)? I've tried to provide enough options so that we can see a distribution.

Usually I try to aim for 10-11, since my classes start at 9. So I can get off being groggy n shit early on after I get my eight hours in.
Outside of my uni or during holidays, my sleep schedule is inconsistent, either cause Im staying up for the yanks or just because I felt like it.

Im the best baby

Well, if several people go to sleep before 21:00 due to early morning work, I've made a right fool of myself with this poll. I guess we'll find out.

I was lucky to never have any classes before 09:00 in university. I would usually end up staying awake until around 01:00 to do math homework. But now that I'm done with it, I generally go to sleep around 00:15. So perhaps my own bedtime bias was showing in making my bedtime toward the middle of the poll.

If I have anything I need to wake up for, I try to go to bed ~9 hours beforehand. That gives my 8 hours to sleep and 1 hour to get ready

On weekdays I tend to go to sleep anywhere between 10 and 11pm, and wake up anywhere between 6 to 8am. If I get up earlier it's usually because tend to go for walks on the beach while the sun is rising (one of the perks of living on a small island is that there are beaches everywhere)

If it's weekend, however, I pretty much have 0 schedule. Last night, for example, I fell asleep at 1am and woke up at lunchtime. I hate lying in bed all day though, so often I'll force myself to wake up earlier.

I WISH I could get up to see the sunrise, that sounds fantastic! Only very recently have I been able to wake up before 8 AM sometimes, and that was due to a headache and mental exhaustion from work forcing me to sleep at 10 PM one night and then I kept that schedule going for a while. Sunrise just seems to have a different feel to it than sunset. I've always liked doing things at sunrise in video games that have a day–night cycle in them.
