Hey guys!

Maybe that kind of post has already been created, but I just wanted to share you my love with the cinema :)

Here I propose my top 5 TV Show, and I invite you to do the same here in the comments!

5 : The Pillars of the Earth

I love this medieval serie, the plot and the characters are great, and I highly recommand it to you.
The only bad point is the "child" way of the serie that come back sometimes, even if there's a few violent/sexual scenes.

4 : Sherlock

This is the perfect relooking of the original books "Sherlock Holmes". Indeed, the main character is playing insanly good, and the way he resolves the crimes is amazing. The guy who play Watson is great too, and you may know him well because he played in several movies like in the Hobbit.

3 : Lost

Even with one of the worst ending ever made in a TV Show, this 6 seasons serie is just amazing. The 4 first seasons are great (the 5th also, but the 6th is kind of... a deception), and you just always want to watch the next episode and you can't ever stop. I think one day I'll rewatch the whole serie, because I have so much great memories while watching it.

2 : Game of Thrones

Okay, you probably know this serie, because it's the most famous in the world (almost). The 5th season is being release as I am writing this (Episode 6 tomorrow, yay!), and it's just awesome. Indeed, it's not a Show that I'll recommand to young people (even if i'm only 16), because of all the violent scenes (if you don't trust me, watch the 8th episode of the 4th season). I begun to watch it 2 years ago, and I immediatly loved it from the 1st episode. The characters, the plot and all the turning of events are making Game of Thrones one of the best serie ever made.

1 : Twin Peaks

I think this picture well reflects the Show. This Serie was made around the 90s, and gosh... It's just amazing. David Lynch made this show, and he's showing his personnality in this serie. The mood, the landscapes, the story, the characters, the music... All of these elements are combined together in a fantastic way, creating a strange atmosphere around the murder of Laura Palmer. I can't even explain how this serie is amazing, you just have to watch it. Please. Okay okay, it's kind of old, but even me who's just a teen, I loved it. Some scenes are very scary, thanks to the mood created by Lynch. I highly recommand it to you!

Between, David Lynch announced 10 months ago that the 3rd season of Twin Peaks is going to be released in 2016, that's amazing no? 25 years after the 2 first seasons, Lynch is getting prepared for another season, I can't wait!

My Top 5 is over, I let you guys write yours in the comments! PS : sorry for my bad English, and I think there's a lot of repetitions and mistakes in this post, but nevermind, hope you enoyed! :)

I live in the United States. You probably don't get them in France, as good a country as it may be. (FYI, I haven't even been outside the western United States and know that France is a great country.)

Anyway, back on topic.

I watch very little TV at all (maybe anime but even then very little again) - mainly because a) I'm too busy gaming (being into difficult games in gerenal has its advantages and disadvantages :P) and b) having little brothers/sisters means kids TV which can break anyone's patience (never has programs with such 'good intentions' make me hate everything apart from those programs...)

Apart from 'boring' standard stuff like news, the odd politics-orientated debate (milage may vary) and sports (football/soccer) the only things I watch regularly is:
  • QI (dispel all the urban myths and learn all the useless trivia!) - was BBC4/1 now on BBC2
  • Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe (one, long, heavily sarcastic hilarious pisstake of current events) - BBC2
  • Futurama (best show to be canceled, revived and canceled again :/) - Sky1 (Comedy Central)
  • Top Gear (a 'car review show' which WAS basically pissing about until one of the main presenters left and basically gutted the programme's comedy with it) - BBC2
  • Match of the Day/Football League Show (covers goals in English football matches amongst other gossip and stuff. I'm that desperate for a 5th choice. It's literally a choice between this or some kids program that by some miracle doesn't make me go insane) - BBC1
  • At some point when I'm not loaded with schoolwork and I bribe Netflix off someone - time for a massive TV binge to see what this TV lark is, instead of just gaming/anime. :P
