No, no, no, that's not at all how it works.

You need to put a window on the side of your case and then put red LEDs in it.

They need to be customizable 16 Million color LEDs

Don't worry, that meets the requirements. In fact that's more powerful than my mac mini which I use for internal testing to make sure we can still run smoothly! El capitan might run slowly on it though as that machine was really made for snow leopard OS. But to keep up with security you have to keep up to date

RAM: 4 GB (since I've got a 32-bit W7 it only recognizes 3 gigs)

Sadly I couldn't properly run PQ on 32-bit Windows 7. However, when I ran 64-bit Ubuntu with Wine, the game ran smoothly.
