I know that 6th link isnt working and nobody has copy of this level so its gone but rest of missing levels can be found at CLA levels pack i think.

6th is quark it up but i havent found that level in CLA.

P.S. You know CGL 6? The one nobody has and never made its way into the CLA? Well Matan found all the interiors... I'm going to be sending those out to the individual level makers to reconstruct their part, then re-release it.

Mr. E and Technostar tried to make The Golf Course CGL, but we have not head much from it lately (due to contributors' inactivity). I started How Would You Trim as an attempt for a few CGLs, but that too has fallen apart. If you want to host one though, go right ahead. Hopefully you can get some help on sections, and good luck if you do.

I had an idea for a golf coarse styled like a day at the links but if theres alredy one in progress how could I join? Well done CGLs are probably the best levels in my opinion because of the variaty you get.

CGL6 is being reconstructed from the interiors and will be released with CLA. The others, you can find those in the monthly packs/previous CLA. If you really want individual download links I or someone else can get on that.
