How do i export dif files in to dts

your best bet is to use Blender to import .DIF files and export them as .DTS files

you can install blender from www.blender.org/download/

and then you can install these two plugins for DIFs and DTS shapes respectively

making levels entirely out of DTS shapes generally isn't a good idea though
