Here, I've made a helpful diagram on the placement of your path nodes.

As for your interior crashing MBP... yeah, editing an interior with a moving platform in it doesn't really work at all in Constructor. You'll probably have to copy every non-MP brush to a new map file and then re-make the MP. Delete any MustChange simgroups in your .mis file, too, before clicking Create Subs again. Always backup your map file before adding moving platforms.

How do I copy between two .maps? Just select everything that is not involved with moving platforms, press Command + C, open a new .map file, and Command + V?

That is correct. Make sure you only have structural brushes selected.

Okay. I'll try it. The only problem is that Constructor becomes unresponsive if I try to copy that many brushes, but I can just wait, right? It won't crash or anything?

Yeah, just wait it out. I had to copy a few hundred brushes between maps earlier today and it hung for like five minutes.

Will it work if I just select the moving platform parts and delete them, and then copy what's left onto a new .map?

Also, wouldn't they be called Node 0, 1, and 2? And will Node 2 work if I set the timeToNext to zero?

Additionally, to make the elevator wait at the top and at the bottom, would I add another path_node there with timeToNext 1500 or something, to make it wait 1.5 seconds?

EDIT: I tried all of that, and it still crashed MBP when I tried to put the interior in there. What am I doing wrong now?
