You must record in a video (if using Mac) regardless. If you have Windows you can use .rec instead of a regular video to prove. Follow the guidelines on how to record a .rec here:

Post here the .rec file as an attachment or upload to mediafire.com or another uploading site and post here the link.

You must use the latest MBA released (which has no ignition files in it and also has the right mouse click fixed).
If a .rec fails on the aforementioned version, you'll need to re-do it as many times as it takes to make sure it works. If I check a .rec and it fails on my end (I test on 2 different resolutions, 1280x720 and 800x600), you will be requested to re-do it.

I love the new move posts featured All cleaned up! (too bad I remembered it after 3-4 posts deleted).

Any mistakes let me know. I did all the stuff manually so I'm bound to have mistakes. If you did in the examples given @ top of the post I usually copypasted. If you didn't, chances are I have mistakes.

If you want me to fix something, please do so in the example mentioned in Important.

All current WR holders (at time of this post), please provide a video proof for your time as stated in Important #2.
If within a week from now you do not provide proof, your time will be removed.

However, it should be noted I may accept times which are slower than current WRs. You'll need to check up with me in a Personal Message what times I'll accept for a certain level in order to qualify your time.

I really want to see Matan's Doomsday run.

You have to be kidding Those ain't WRs, they are atm since people wanna know how the heck I decided on Adv. times.

why are pictures not enough? simply because of photoshop or something? is it that easy to change that?
some people dont want to show off their secrets, i wouldnt mind tough.

Use the .rec option, mosquashi. That doesn't lag MB.

@ Stormlord: not because pictures can be photoshopped (some people tried unsuccessfully, but its plausible), but because you can modify the game itself to get faster speed/gravity/jump or anything else, or use the level editor and claim to have a top time and not have it beaten. It had happened in the past.
By doing a video of proof or .rec, it becomes harder to cheat. Plus, by doing it for any of your records (or even 2nd/3rd places!) you gain both trust and respect from your fellow marble blasters, so we know that after countless times you've proven yourself (and it takes quite a bit of work, sadly), we believe your times even if you haven't shown us picture proof. For example, some people posted in here previously some times that Akantor (or someone else?) did and it went up on the boards without question; I know he won't try and cheat out, but if something looks suspicious, I can always ask for a video proof and I know I will be provided one.
Besides, you look good if you're called a cheater and you showed them its legitimate In MBO especially I had a really good time being called a cheat so much I even kept a text file (and pictures) of as many people as I could that called me a cheat.

Edit: checked my list, says 86 peeps. I only started it after 5-20 people or so called me a cheat...

Use a camera or record it as a demo ($dorecorddemo=1; in the console) then screenrecord it when you are playing it back.

And yes, there could very likely be cheaters here (we've had a problem with them in the past... that's why the trust system won't do). I understand you wanting to keep your path secret, but you'd have to reveal it eventually for the rampage anyway.
