LE Challenge

I just thought of this. How fast can you complete levels with the LE enabled?
Rules:
No deleting anything. That includes things you place.
No moving gems or placing new gems.
No moving the finish pad or placing a new one.
No moving the start pad or placing a new one.
No moving teleporters or placing new ones.
You can only place up to five checkpoints.
No placing simple interiors. A simple interior is: An interior from a beginner or tutorial level, or just a rectangle, circle, or triangle. For example, the "Learning to Roll" interior is a simple interior.
No placing static shapes.
No placing time modifiers.
No placing buttons.
No placing moving platforms.
No placing gravity modifiers in the air.
No CTRL+W.
No placing powerups in the air.
That is all.

Hmmm, I don't really get the point—this seems like it's just the normal game if you disable all of the LE actions.

You can place powerups, complex interiors, up to 5 checkpoints, and move interiors.
