.rrec only records the actual run, the movement of the marble. When viewed, they use the current settings. For example, if you have the framerate counter enebled when watching the .rrec, you will see it (it doesn't matter if it was on when you made the .rrec). The same goes with resolution, graphics quality and everything else.

On Discord, HiGuy made an announcement that the durations Gem Hunt and Gem Madness levels are now counted towards the total times on PQ LB. If you finish a madness level with all of the gems, then the time scored on how time is left is counted towards the total. I hope this rule will be applied when calculating the total time for this rampage.
Since the Awesome Time/Score is secret, you will have to beat it in order to find out what it is. Just practice every day, and be ready to keep pressing the 'Restart' button...A LOT!
This thread has been static for a pretty long while, and pretty much every level has been improved so I'll post what I have currently and I hope others will do the same. Bold = World record, not bold = Nockess or Powerjohn has a better time.
Tier I: Good enough for rampage
Advanced Techniques 6.877 - This run looks sexy af, probably wouldn't be able to improve if I tried. High Rise Quick Fall 12.633 - A lot of very annoying tweaks in this, don't see any more possible for this level with how tight it is. Hip Pop Step Jump 2.466 - Insane tweak to prevent this from being an IC level, run looks clean. Blender: Liquify 18.965 - Very cycle-based level, not much to improve. Castle Colossus 30.792 - Very good run. I think there aren't any more tweaks for this. Deep Space Morphway 55.384 - Pretty old run, very optimized. Race to the Top 19.907 - Cool tweak, done with this. Climb and Plummet 5.735 - Destroys Nockess' run with tiny improvements, glad to have this one back. Terminal Velocity 13.635 - I've basically played this level to death and don't see anything left to improve Child's Play 1:33.903 - I will probably never play this level ever again. Bag of Secrets 14.308 - The catch at the start was unusually good, and run worked out well. A Bridge Too Hard 18.831 - Xedron literally DESTROYS his old snowflake run using facts and logic Blast to the Beat 19.314 - Finally got a good looking run with one of the weirdest tweaks ever Chasetrack 49.715 - So many annoying parts in this run, but looks extremely nice altogether. Miscalculation 7.508 - Very fast run, I'm probably never going to play it ever again. Camera Woes 2.480 - The catch is good enough. Puzzle 3: Emblem 6.712 - Run was a complete fluke, thankfully it still is smooth to watch. Corner Conquest 51.382 - I've had this record basically since release, very tiny improvements and now I think its good enough. Unstable Islands 33.557 - Nearly flawless run. Azimuth 5.541 - I've said this run is optimized enough a million times after improvements, but now it really is good enough. Jumper 8.779 - Honestly looks good enough and enough of a pain in the ass to be done with. Puzzle 6: Multi-Layer 18.366 - Not much to say. I think it's alright. Puzzle 8 - Sphere 17.941 - A tiny tweak to Nockess' run. I'm fine with this run.
Tier II: Little improvements can be made
Gems 11.432 - Technically cycle based because the moving cube gets in the way if you get there too early, which sucks. I could possibly get sub 11 though. Gems Ahoy 1:27.307 - Perfect run can go to about high 1:25.
Half Pipe Leap of Faith 44.257 - Powerjohn has sub 44, but I always thought my run was improvable so shouldn't be too hard to beat. Assembly Line 15.233 - This level is basically the ideal run for slowing down, so I'm happy I beat Nockess. However, I think it can go to about 15.0x Diminishing Returns 33.850 - Can go sub 33.5 Work in Progress 28.417 - We'll see if the traplaunch is possible or not...if not, this run is good. The Spoils of Serendipity Gardens 1:34.322 - In the video of this there are some clear mistakes, I'll see how close to 1:30 it can go. Shelosh 3.802 - I put this level on hold because I kept getting a "wrong way!" on the final lap. I've gotten catches as good as 3.3 at the end. Chilled 9.342 - I am pretty sure that this is good, however this was my first finish with the path so might go lower. Physical Activity 29.681 - Sub is nice, I'll keep optimizing soon. Dependency 0.913 - Absolutely wicked catch that I have never been able to replicate. I mostly just want a more smooth run. Scrum at the Spires 18.411 - Theres another tweak to bring this to sub 18, but extremely annoying Serendipity Labyrinth 31.826 - I can improve further, I had one miss that was under 31.5
Tier III: Must be improved
Fundamentals of Physics 10.860 - Because the goddamn .rrec broke
Downhill Skipping 12.378 - Took barely any time at all to get this time. With some optimizing should be able to beat Nockess.
Trained to Fade 7.288 - I will try to beat this with Nock's tweak at the end.
King of the Island 28.798 - This is a different path from Nock. Her run is a bit slow at the end so should be beatable.
Be Elusive 23.327 - I'm not going to use the new tweaks, instead I'm going for 20 seconds with the nuke hit.
A Marble's Home is Its Castle 1:19.522 - Same as Downhill Skipping, I want this one back.
Hydropower 2:36.934 - Powerjohn has a new tweak at the end that should make this much easier and possibly get sub 2:30.
Manic Bounce 1:03.987 - Pretty self explanatory. I have a couple of tweak ideas for this.
Sacred Ground - B1 13.648 - Haven't tried this level in forever but getting this beat by over a second is enough to warrant going for again.

Puzzle 5 - Double Maze (24.49) - Can for sure go sub-24. Maybe even sub-23 if I can get everything 100% perfect.
Arkanoid (51.48) - Probably could go faster. Might try experimenting a bit more with my paths. I think the start and end of my path is pretty solid but probably could work on the middle.
Times that are now #1 due to Nockess' ban:
Verticality (13.66) - Don't think I'll be able to do all of Nockess' edge hit tweaks in the same run (well it probably used speedhacks). Might try for the fence hit because it seems like it would be the biggest time saver.
Puzzle 11 - Nightmare (57.30) - If I do this one, I hope to at least beat Powerjohn. Haven't tried the bounce off the sign yet, but doesn't look insanely difficult.
Might try to take back Evaporation or go for Gems of the Deep Blue, but no guarantees.
So it appears over the past year most have my PQ records have been yeeted due to my relative inactivity. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oddly enough all of these are over a year old (I got Locomotion on New Year's Eve 2017). Whaddaya know. If/when we ever get any momentum towards making the PQ WRR an actual thing I'll probably jump back into the scene.

Unseasonably Cold 8.495 - Rosie had a 8.439. Will get to improving this soonish. Dumb route but it's fun to pull off
Evaporation 6.701 - Really great run. 6.6x is certainly possible but before this I thought the max would've been like a 6.750
Centripetal Force 3.608 - Pretty well optimized run. Ramp matrixed the hell out of the last gem
Fist Bump 26.978 - Rosie had a 26.358. One of the runs I'm currently working on, but the edge hit tweak is super dumb.
Gunnery Practice 14.094 - Will go for sub. Tricky run, and I've messed up a few runs to the last gem, but this is my best pace run going into the final cannon.
Hunting Around 196 - My first hunt level record good spawns, along with some optimizations to squeeze out more gem spawns from the level.
Vice 10.616 - Really difficult to get catches lower without going too fast on the ramp and either missing the SS or not being able to get up the loop.
Versa 26.696 (16.08) - Sweet tweak which honestly makes the level run better, great run.

From Under the Dragon's Wing (43.571) - Would be satisfied with a sub-43 run Waves in the Dark (28.332) - Frustratingly cycle-based, sub-28 is impossible with current pathing knowledge Gems of the Deep Blue (23.903) - Those blockers get in the way when you go too fast, which is a shame. Have managed sub-23 failed runs. Conservation of Momentum (26.465) - Just a question of how fast I can go on the course without flying off the course or not having a lap fail to register.
WRs I got back from Rosie:
Vice (14.853) - I haven't managed to pull off a successful run in more than a year. Versa (31.670) - This time was done with the old start by Regislian, which was since patched out of PQ. A time within the region of sub-29 possible if I
A: Get a good Vice run of sub-11 or less
B: Consistently manage to do the checkpoint tweak from Rosie
Into The Deep: 9.922 - I will grind this level for the rest of my life hahaha, realistically though, I think 9.5xx is possible. Nockess's 9.39 is just utterly insane (and she even had bad catches on the first two time travels...)
Bubble Cavern: 23.126 - I used Nockess's path for the most part, but there are parts that she did pretty slowly. I would be happy with sub 22.5 or lower.
