[CLOSED] Can't connect to multiplayer server - Incompatible Game Version
I've tried reinstalling, but the error persists. It seems to be only my end, as I'm the only one getting this error. I'm installing by downloading the Windows version from the download page and unzipping it to my old (v 1.14) MBP folder. I've also tried unzipping the files to their own directory and just running it from there (something someone else told me they did to install), but that way when MBP opens it just crashes.
I'm assuming your on Windows. Looks like you've installed in an old MBP directory which will cause conflicts for you. Move your MBP directory into a clean folder out of the old version's way, and try re-installing. Make sure that you don't overwrite older versions with newer ones because it will cause conflicts with your prefs file (prefs.cs).
In other words, don't install into your 1.14 directory any more, but maybe try deleting it.
A conflict probably is the issue for you when you extracted over the old version. Never do that. It makes Matan go crazy. Instead, move out the old MBP folder from its current location and install 1.50 there. It's possible that Windows is deciding that the directory you installed it in requires admin rights to run MarbleBlast, try running it as Admin (assuming vista+) to see if that works.
