ANOTHER problem.

I think I successfully downloaded Java and RC1 but every time I try to launch RC1 I get a message that says 'Marble Blast quit unexpectedly'. What I am missing? Or is there anything obvious that I'm missing?

I presume you are on a Mac. What OS version are you?

Try:
-- Running the game in a console window, by navigating to JavaApplicationStub in the launcher's Package Contents, and then opening it. It should create a window for output.
-- Momentarily disabling security software (if any) to see if MBP runs then.

MarbleBlast has changed to be installed to your Users's Application folder. If the game tried to start at all, it should have updated a console.log there. Upload that.

Also, open the Terminal application and type in "java -version", and dump the results here.

Hi,

If your version of Mac OS X is below 10.9.x, then Marble Blast Platinum RC1 will currently not run. We are working to resolve this issue.

Please post any additional comments and bugs regarding RC1 in This Thread.
