About Receiving Help from the Support Board: While all members may answer questions posted in the Support board, you should only rely on responses posted or confirmed by support moderators and website administrators. Any solutions provided by members of the community that are not verified by a staff member (as indicated by a light-green background) are provided as-is, and we cannot take responsibility for any of the results of said actions.
About Responding to Support Threads: If you feel you know the answer to a question, you are welcome to respond to the thread and politely offer assistance. Please be courteous and try to provide detailed and helpful solutions to users who may not be as advanced as you. We ask that you refrain from posting one-sentence solutions.

You seem to have been able to log in, so did you get the email (and possibly not realize it)? It was the email link for logging onto
www.marbleblast.com
with your account, correct? That should be what the email is for. If so, then what exactly is the problem? Has this been resolved?
If you are wondering how to log into the MBP leaderboards, simply use your username and password that you use for these forums! Forum and leaderboards accounts are essentially the same thing.
You can also change your password by hovering over the "Profile" menu on the forums and clicking "Edit Profile".
Could you try to be a little more specific as to the details of the issue? Who want to create his account? What was his username? If you can tell us (or get him to tell you to then tell us) his username or email that he used when creating his account, we can message you a temporary pass for you to use to activate and log in to the website and game.
Once you can log in to the forums and change your password, the verification email is no longer necessary.
Also, I believe that if you download MBP and click Online and then choose to create an account inside the game, then you MAY be able skip the email verification and create your account, I'm not sure. HiGuy would most likely know, but it seems that way to me.
Hey,
I noticed some issues the other day with our SMTP (mail sending) system, and have since fixed email sending. Due to how the activation system works (no way to resend the key as far as I know), I just activated your account manually. Sign ups should work properly now, sorry for any inconvenience.
