The staff seeks people on their own whenever there is a position to be filled. There is no applying. However, thank you for your interest. Just ask Kurt and Kalle how far they've gotten for asking for about 3 months

Locking. As mentioned above we promote those we want whenever there is a position. We look for long time members who are dedicated, wish to stay around and are generally helpful and massive contributors to the community in one or more areas.
Kurt/Kalle troll together a lot. I still see Kalle becoming mod one day. Somehow.
