so when ever i try to play the game it always freezes on this thing

Is that all that it says when you try to load the game? Keep in mind that there are many files which it needs to download. It appears like the launcher hadn't finished downloading one of the files and needed to retry. Have you tried simply letting it run for a bit and seeing if it makes any progress? There's a chance that it is working, just slowly.
well it just needed to download so i "CAN" play it. but now it keeps on crashing when i try and play a level, this has been happening for almost a week
Try going into the options menu and setting your Graphics Quality to Low or Medium. This could mean that your computer can't handle the shader engine. Low and Medium quality don't use it.
1. First of all, you already have an account, for you were able to post this message. Just enter in your login info from this account onto the leaderboard.
2. Several Easter Eggs were removed in a recent update (mainly because Matan believed that they didn't add to the level were not well hidden). Beginner Level 3 was one of them.
