Hello. I bought a new macintosh yesterday. And I want to install new MBP (I have been using MBP1.20), But when I tried to install MBP from this link marbleblast.com/index.php/downloads/mbp/.../10-mbp/211-mbp-1-50 Launcher said that ā€¯Unable to load java runtime environment" and can not install.
So I tried to update My MBP 1.20 by using this link files.marbleblast.com/oldmbp.html
but my mac said that "PowerPc applications can not run because it is not supported."
I update 1.5 and 1.7 but both of them do not run.
How can i do with this problem?
I bought a Mac book air (Early 2015) and OS is el capitan (10.11.3).

Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed on your computer. You'll need it for the launcher (that first link) to run.

Code:
function clientcmd12dothepq() { commandToClient(LocalClientConnection, '34onthedancefloor'); }

HiGuy,

I have a similar issue and I tried installing Java 8, but the launcher says it requires Java 6 (or Java 6 SE Runtime or something like that).

Make sure you have the Java 7+ version of the launcher. You may have the OSX 10.6 / Java 6 version.

Try downloading it from here: marbleblast.com/index.php/downloads/mbp

Functionally, it's the same. The only difference is that the file structure is slightly different to allow for newer versions of Java to run it.

I downloaded the latest version of Java (v8 update 131 - I think) and tried running the Launcher. THAT worked - but when it opened up MBP it came up with nothing again, just the menu at the top and no music.

However, when I quit MBP, it came up with a little window saying 'Marble Blast Platinum quit unexpectedly' and listed all the error stuff. That didn't happen before. What I find strange is how it says it quit unexpectedly when I was the one who quit it ...

Hoping this will be sorted soon! Thanks for all your help with this.

Check your preferences file ( marbleblast.com/support/kb/faq.php?id=7 ) and look for stuff at the bottom about $pref::Video . Make sure you have fullscreen set to zero, and the resolution / windowed resolution set to something smaller than your screen size.

Additionally, you can upload your console.log here and I can try to figure out if anything else is the matter.

Make sure that you delete MBPPrefs.cs.dso after you change MBPPrefs.cs so the changes don't revert. Alternatively, if you don't have any local scores you want to save, you can try deleting MBPPrefs.cs and MBPPrefs.cs.dso, which will cause your settings to be completely reset.

I followed your instructions and unfortunately nothing has changed, and now that MB doesn't 'quit unexpectedly' I can't send console data (I think this is what you mean). When I set the information, it reset it each time I opened and closed MB. I'm sure something like that has happened before when I've tried to solve a different problem.
